Vincent was presently employed as a deputy with the Petersburg Sherriff's Department. Previously, he had been employed as a Fort Lee police officer patrolman, jail guard, pre-release officer, court bailiff, correctional officer for the Virginia Department of Corrections, warehouseman with Food Lion Distribution and with UPS as a dock specialist.
Other Comments:
Vincent was honorably discharged from the military as a sergeant with over eight years of accumulated dedicated reserve and active service. During his tenure in the military, he was a trained Army engineer river boat operator. For his last military assignment he served with the 2nd Infantry Division in Korea. Vincent was awarded several military awards that include a Service Ribbon, Overseas Ribbon and the Good Conduct Medal.
