Edward Victor Wisneski, Jr, 72, of Prince George went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mable Peiffer Wisneski. Ed is survived by his soulmate and best friend of 26 years, Nadine Lewis; his daughters, Kristi Williams (Skip Keyser) and Carol Wisneski; the mother of his daughters, Virginia Wisneski; step daughter, Melissa Barkley; step grandsons, Tyler, Kyle and Ryan; a brother, Richard Wisneski of Langhorne, PA and five nieces and nephews and numerous friends. Ed was a coach and teacher in Prince George and Matoaca prior to spending 20 years with Computer Science Corporation as a programmer. He was a charter member of the Prince George Auxiliary Police and a deputy sheriff for Prince George Sheriff's Department. Ed retired with the rank of Lieutenant from Department of Army Civilian Police in Fort Lee after 10 years. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Merchants Hope Episcopal Church, 11500 Merchants Hope Road, North Prince George 23860. His funeral ceremony will follow in the church at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception in the Parish Hall after the service. Final rest will conclude in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, 4498 Bible Road, Crewe, VA 23930. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Merchants Hope Episcopal Church in honor of Ed.
