Last Known Activity:
I'm a retired Police Officer from the Police Dept. Matt Saccomanno worked. When I first came on there in 1991 He was there to show me some of the ropes there. He was a Retired SGT.MJR. from the Marines. I was a Marine Veteran and of course we became friends. I really respected the Sgt. Mjr. He was about 6' 1" 200 lbs, and had white hair and about 60 years old when I met him. He loved Model Trains, and was very organized in his own way. Most dependable guy you would ever meet. Never bragged. I heard from a Marine who worked with him, that he had been in combat, earned the purple heart, and fought in many theatres of combat. Good man. I will miss him.
I thought somebody should recognize him somewhere, and I respected him, and here it is. I will try and get some photos later.
